Rosalie Tierney

Rosalie Tierney is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with more than seven years of experience providing personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. She is passionate about helping individuals build sustainable habits that improve health, simplify nutrition, and support long-term wellness.

Rosalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Indiana State University, where she received the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences Community Partnership Award for developing a food prescription program for underserved adults with type 2 diabetes. She later obtained her CDCES certification to further specialize in diabetes care and education.

Throughout her career, Rosalie has worked in diverse outpatient and telehealth settings across the United States, helping individuals and families manage diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, and other nutrition-related conditions. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on creating practical strategies that fit into everyday life.

Outside of work, Rosalie enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and tripod pup, Primrose.
