Does District Endocrine offer in-office thyroid ultrasound and FNA biopsy?

Yes. District Endocrine offers in-office thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy at our Woodbridge and Burke offices, performed by Dr. Rehman and Dr. Akbar. No outside referral is needed, allowing for timely, convenient evaluation.
Does District Endocrine prescribe GLP-1 medications like Ozempic or Wegovy?

Yes. Our physicians are board-certified in Endocrinology and Obesity Medicine. They prescribe GLP-1 medications including semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), orforglipron — Foundayo™ (oral GLP-1, no fasting required), and other agents for eligible patients with diabetes or obesity.
